Eel Glacier is a glacier located to the north of Mount Anderson in a cirque. The northward-facing glacier starts at about Convert|6600|ft|m|-2|lk=on in elevation, with an arm extending up to Convert|7100|ft|m|abbr=on|-2.Cite web|title=USGS Mount Steel (WA) Topo Map|work=USGS Quad maps|url=http://www.topoquest.com/map.asp?lat=47.72895&lon=-123.34008&size=l&u=6&datum=nad83&layer=DRG|publisher=TopoQuest.com|accessdate=2008-07-05] As the glacier flows north, it descends in elevation to about Convert|5200|ft|m|abbr=on|-2 at its terminus. Meltwater from the glacier gives rise to Silt Creek, which flows through the Olympic Mountains and Olympic National Park.
