Sylwester Arkadiusz Chruszcz (born on 22 August 1972 in Głogów) is a Polish politician and Member of the European Parliament for the DS & OP with the Liga Polskich Rodzin, part of the Independence and Democracy and is vice-chair of the European Parliament's Committee on Transport and Tourism.

Chruszcz is a substitute for the Committee on Regional Development and a member of the Delegation for relations with Canada.

After 2007 parliamentary election, when Liga lost all seats in Sejm and Senat, leader Roman Giertych resigned and announced his withdrawn from policy. Chruszcz was named acting leader.

He announced that he will abolish the All-Polish Youth.Fact|date=February 2008
