Charlotte Morrisson Anderson AM (20 March 1915 – 15 April 2002) was an Australian professor of pediatrics and children's health.

Anderson researched paediatric gastroenterology, working on health problems including cystic fibrosis and coeliac disease. She studied the role of gluten in coeliac disease and worked to develop gluten-free diets.

Anderson was the first woman professor of paediatrics in the United Kingdom.

In 1997, Anderson was named a Member in the General Division of the Order of Australia for her service to medicine.
