David McNally (professor)

David McNally is a Trotskyist theorist and is a Professor of political science at York University in Toronto, Ontario, and chair of the university's political science department.[1]

He is a member of the New Socialist Group,[2] the Canadian section of the Fourth International.[3]

He has published several books including:

  • Another World is Possible: Globalization and Anti-Capitalism, Winnipeg: ArbeiterRing Publishing, 2005 (a new and revised edition came out in early 2007).
  • Bodies of Meaning: Studies on Language, Labor, and Liberation, Albany: State University of New York Press, 2000.
