WGRV-LP (93.1 FM) is a radio station consisting of a series of low power transmitters throughout the Brevard/Indian River, Florida area. This non-commercial station broadcasts a smooth jazz format and is supported by its listeners. Licensed to Melbourne, Florida, USA, the station serves the Melbourne area. The station is currently owned by Brevard Youth Education Broadcasting Corporation. History

The station was first assigned the call letters WCEE-LP on 2002-06-18. On 2005-03-21, the station changed its call sign to WGRZ-LP. On 2007-03-12 it changed again to the current WGRV.
