Victoria Ann Moreno(born September 15 1972), better known by her ring name “Lady Victoria”, is a Mexican American professional female wrestler/Lucha Libre Feminil, manager/valet, and actress. Lady Victoria made her first Mexican wrestling (Lucha Libre) appearance during the EMLL event held at the Grand Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles, California on July 9 1994 as well as her Lucha Libre AAA debut in Tijuana 1995 & Television debut at Triplemania IV en Orizaba, Veracruz on July 15 1996. That night she suffered from a fracture in her right hand which she did not realize for several days. Working with such injuries limited her work and training, it took three to four months for her recovery while working as a Valet/Luchadora. During her career, Lady Victoria has performed all over the USA & Mexico, performing for companies such as AAA, CMLL/EMLL, IWRG, Promo Aztecas, & XPW.

Career

Baja California/AAA

Moreno debuted as Victoria Starr, after being trained by Billy Anderson & Jesse Hernandez. She began wrestling as Lady Victoria three months into her career. She began Lucha Libre/Valet with Asistencia Asesoría y Administración promotion in Baja California in 1995, [ [http://home.comcast.net/~wrespowr/tapel100.htm Lucha Libre Tape List ] ] having performed in Tijuana prior in late 1993, where she was first introduced to the (Lucha Libre) style of wrestling and immediately took interest in learning more. Having found this style closer to home, she began training and performing Lucha Libre style wrestling at the All Nations Center in Los Angeles and The Boys and Girls Club in Pomona County for Sergio Garcia. Lady Victoria grew her fan base by performing all over the United States independent shows for various companies in American style wrestling. At his time she had first comic book published by Pin & Ink, ThunderGirls Series titled “Lady Victoria vs. Queen of the Vampires”. Other notable publications such as LadySports Magazine, prided itself in locating and showcasing newcomers like Lady Victoria, allowing a whole different fan base to follow her career. She found herself wrestling with a promotion affiliated with the magazine, the Professional Girl Wrestling Association (PGWA) out of North Carolina. LadySports and PGWA actually came to Los Angeles to film a few of her matches, this turned out to be a very successful venture for her as this started a quick major national recognition for Lady. As she started to wrestle in Mexico, LadySports continued to write stories on her matches and experiences.

Asistencia Asesoría y Administración

Lady Victoria’s first major television debut was on Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA), where some of her biggest feuds were with Miss Janeth as Luchadoras/valets. Lady Victoria was introduced at the Triplemania IV, Main Event in Orizaba, Veracruz on July 15 1996 (Plaza de Toros “La Concordia”) as valet/second (Manager) to Mascara Sagrada while Miss Janeth was valet/second to Killers. Pierroth Jr. was suspended for powerbombing Lady Victoria. She occasionally teamed with La Sirenita & Princesa Apache.

Later, the feuding with Miss Janeth ended as she gave Lady Victoria an illegal Martinete as Valets, in a six man tag match in Actopan, Hgo. In 1996 in Women's Single Competition Lady Victoria was ranked #4 in Super Luchas.

Grupo Revolucion

Alondra had many feuds in International Wrestling Revolution Group, Arena Naulcalpan with Miss Janeth, Barbara Blaze, La Indomable, Mohicana, and Migala. She performed for the company from 1996 to 1999. Alondra occasionally teamed up with Irma Aguilar.

Promo Aztecas

Shortly after leaving AAA, Lady Victoria was invited to Promo Azteca where she managed/valet to El Hijo del Diablo and occasionally the tag team of Damien 666 & Halloween. [ [http://www.deathvalleydriver.com/dvdvr/dvdvr117.html The Death Valley Driver Video Review - Issue #117 ] ] Being the only woman wrestler/manager in the company, she was elected to start a Women’s Division for the company, which got under way with few Luchadoras and several “Indy” promotions to ready for television, which led her to continue performing with IWRG as Alondra & CMLL/EMLL as Lady Victoria.

Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre y La Empressa

Lady Victoria feuded with who she says are the best Women Athletes in Arena Mexico, La Diabolica, Infernal, and Amapola. Partnering with Lady Apache & Princessa Blanca. Then, as Lady Victoria was so over from being El Hijo del Diablo’s valet prior in Promo Aztecas, they began to partner her with La Diabolica against Lady Apache & Princessa Blanca. She was a crowd favorite at Arena Mexico & The Coliseo. Women were not getting a lot of TV time from the company at this point, but performed all over Mexico.

Baja California

In early 1999, Lady Victoria was feeling a little home sick and decided to return to the USA where she now resides in San Diego, California continuing to perform in Baja California. Upon returning, Lady Victoria became the Valet for Halloween, which eventually led to the La Familia de Tijuana, & feuds with Lola Gonzalez. La Familia also began there stint in XPW in 2001. In 2002 La Familia was invited to perform for CMLL, which was familiar territory for Lady Victoria. Having accompanied La Familia to CMLL to perform two weeks of television, Lady Victoria made the ultimate decision to part ways from La Familia and return home. She could not imagine being away for another couple of years again, at this point having had her first daughter with her husband. In 2001, Lady Victoria was Awarded Manager/Valet of the year by Luchas 2000 for leading La Familia de Tijuana to many Titles and memorable matches. Also in 2001, Lady was Awarded Manager/Valet of the year in Baja California for managing the Successful Team of La Familia de Tijuana.

Xtreme Pro Wrestling

Lady Victoria accompanied Mexico’s Most Wanted (La Familia) to XPW in 2001.
