General Information

The Bachelor of Business Science (BBusSci) degree is aimed at students who wish to make a career in a Business Enterprise. It is similar to the Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, however it is a four year Honours level course that covers a broader spectrum of business-related topics. Additionally, all Business Science degrees require the student to take a full first-year mathematics course.

Institutions known to offer the BBusSci degree

In South Africa, the University of Cape Town (UCT) has offered the BBusSci degree in addition to the more widely-known Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) since 1968 [ [http://www.commerce.uct.ac.za/managementstudies/bbussci Management Studies :: Faculty of Commerce at the University of Cape Town ] ] . Other Universities include UNISA (The University Of South Africa) and WITS (University Of The Witwatersrand) who all offer moderate courses related to Business Science.
