"Shansitherium" ("Beast of Shanxi") is an extinct genus of superficially moose- or antelope-like giraffe from the late Miocene epoch of Shanxi Province, China. They were closely related to the genus "Samotherium". In fact, some experts regard "Shansitherium" as a synonym of "Samotherium".
