Gross is a village located in Boyd County, Nebraska. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 5. According to the United States Census Bureau, it is one of only 8 places in the United States with a population of five people. The others are Storrie, California, Bear Head Lake, Minnesota, Baker, Missouri, Odell, New Hampshire, Maza, North Dakota, Somerset, Vermont, and Prudhoe Bay, Alaska.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.3 km²). None of the area is covered with water.
