The Western School of Health and Business Careers, located on two campuses in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA is an accredited, for-profit, tertiary education institution. The school offers degree and diploma programs in several vocational areas including business administration, massage therapy and surgical technology.

History

The Western School of Health and Business Careers opened in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in October 1980. The school opened its branch in Monroeville, Pennsylvania in February 1989. In 1987, the Pennsylvania Department of Education granted the school approval to offer students Associate degrees. Controversy

In May 2006 Thomas W. Wollett, the former Dean of Education, pleaded guilty in federal court to making false statements to the U.S. Department of Education to procure financial aid for students.
