Final result = The small principality of Andorra selected its participant for Eurovision Song Contest 2008 by using an internal selection. This selection process was criticized by the Association of Andorran Musicians (ASMA) who believed that abandoning the national selection process in favor of an internal selection effectively blocks the public participation of Andorran artists. Eurovision

At Eurovision, Andorra took part in the first semi-final on 20 May 2008. "Casanova" was sung in English with one line in Catalan. Gisela stated that the Eurovision performance would be "innovative and surprising" and that the song would receive a promotional tour across Europe.
