Warner Pacific College is an urban residential and commuter Christian liberal arts college located in Southeast Portland, Oregon, United States. Founded in 1937, the college is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. A private school, it is affiliated with the Church of God.

History

The college has long sought to expand its campus, most recently (in 2006) pursuing the purchase of a nine acre portion of city property adjoined to the park. Academics

Warner Pacific College's traditional undergraduate program offers 19 majors, four areas of pre-professional study, and 25 minors. For working adults, Warner Pacific College offers its Adult Degree Program with an Associate Degree in Organizational Dynamics and Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration and Human Development.fact|date=March 2008

Enrollment totals approximately 650 students with a student to faculty ratio of 14:1. The college intends to significantly increase enrollment in coming years. Students come to Warner Pacific from 18 states and 9 countries. The on-campus library contains 56,647 volumes.

Warner Pacific is an NAIA Division II college, as well as a member of the Cascade Collegiate Conference and associate member of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA).

They field varsity teams in men's and women's basketball, men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's track & field and women's volleyball.

In 2006, it was announced that the American Basketball Association would add a team called the Oregon Riptide, which was to have played its home games at Warner Pacific. The plans were never realized.
