Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services (Ontario)

The Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services is responsible for law enforcement services in the Canadian province of Ontario, including the Ontario Provincial Police, jails, parole boards, public safety and disaster management. The ministry was created as the Ministry of Public Safety and Security in 2002 with the amalgamation of the former Ministry of Correctional Services and the Ministry of the Solicitor General of Ontario.

The current Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services in the Ontario cabinet is Rick Bartolucci. The current parliamentary secretary is Yasir Naqvi.
