The part of the European route E75 in Serbia spans approximately km to mi|600. It crosses the country from north to south, starting at Horgoš border crossing with Hungary and ending with Preševo border crossing with Republic of Macedonia. As a part of the Pan-European corridor X (along with route E70) and connection among Serbian biggest cities it is one of vital highways for Serbian infrastructure, and significant works are undergoing for its reconstruction and enhancement.

The highway consists of three major sections: HorgošSuboticaNovi SadBelgrade (178 km), BelgradeNiš (237 km) and NišLeskovacPreševoMacedonian border (152 km). Of those, only the middle one is a complete dual carriageway. The northern section is being ehanced under a concession contract, while the enhancement southern one is financed by Serbian Government and Hellenic Plan. Northern and central section are linked through the heart of the city of Belgrade, but completion of the Belgrade bypass will provide a separate transit route.
