"Lullabies from the Axis of Evil" is a collection of traditional lullabies sung by women from Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Libya, Cuba, Afghanistan and Palestine, mixed with western performers singing translated versions of the songs.

Boycott or blacklisting?

A press release (March 2, 2007) from the record company "Kirkelig Kulturverksted" claimed that the distributor "Valley Entertainment" had been blacklisted by the Bush administration because they distributed the album "Lullabies from the Axis of Evil".
