The Tax Equity for Domestic Partner and Health Plan Beneficiaries Act (or Tax Equity for Health Plan Beneficiaries Act of 2007) (USBill|110|S.|1556 and USBill|110|H.R.|1820) is a bill introduced in the U.S. Senate on June 6, 2007.
