Thirukurtallam

This is in the Western Ghat region of south Tamilnadu. There are many waterfalls in this area. Popular among them are Five Falls, Old Falls, Shenbaga Falls and Honey Falls. The water flowing from the hills, passing through numerous herbal stuff all along. There is a belief that the continuous bathers, can be cured-off even for mental retardation. There is also a Shiva Temple is at the bank of this Main falls.
