KKHQ (branded as "Q92.3") is a radio station serving Waterloo, Cedar Falls, and the surrounding area known as the Cedar Valley with a contemporary hit radio format. This station broadcasts on FM frequency 92.3 MHz and is under ownership of Cumulus Media. Aaron Santini has been the station's program director since it's inception in 2003.

KKHQ's midday personality is Jesse "Boom Boom" Gavin, an Irish Catholic from Cascade, Iowa. Gavin was "educated" at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. During his career, he was play-by-play announcer for Wartburg Knights sporting events. His previous experience also includes announcing the Miss Tulip contest in Pella, Iowa. Gavin is an ardent supporter of the Chicago Bears.
