- Antonio d' Abacco
Antonio d' Abacco (16th century) was an architect, engraver, and writer about the architecture of classical Rome.
He was a pupil of
Antonio da Sangallo the Younger in Rome. In 1558, he published a valuable architectural treatise, entitled "Libro d Antonio d' Abacco, appartenente а l' architettura, nel quale si figurano alcuone nobile antichtità de Roma", with prints engraved by himself. He also engraved the plans of theBasilica of St. Peter's from the designs of his master.References
