Ali Muslim Jar Allah Ali Al-Bithani is an Iraqi politician. He ran as an independent in the 2005 Iraqi legislative election. He received the most votes of any independent in the election, 11,614 (0.14%), but did not meet the threshold to win a seat in the National Assembly.
