Schifflange communal council

Schifflange communal council ( _fr. Conseil communal de Schifflange) is the local council for the commune of Schifflange, in south-western Luxembourg.

It consists of thirteen members, elected every six years by proportional representation.fr icon cite web |url=http://www.schifflange.lu/sujet/sujet.asp?sub=137,139 |title=Le conseil communal |accessdate=2007-09-16 |date= |publisher=Commune of Schifflange ] The last elections were held on 9 October 2005, and resulted in a victory for the Luxembourg Socialist Workers' Party (LSAP). In the "collège échevinal", the LSAP rules outright, under the leadership of mayor Roland Schreiner.
