Robert Draper

Robert Draper

Robert Draper is a freelance writer and a correspondent for "GQ". Previously, he worked for "Texas Monthly", where he first became acquainted with the Bush political family. He is the author of "", a chronicle of the Bush administration from 2001 to 2007. He has also written "Rolling Stone Magazine: The Uncensored History", and a novel, "Hadrian's Walls". He lives in Washington, D.C. He recently wrote an article on the Kushite pharaohs of Egypt for the February 2008 issue of "National Geographic"

He was featured as a guest on the "Daily Show" on September 12, 2007, to discuss his book, "Dead Certain".
