Visual QSM (Service Portal)

Visual QSM is an ITIL Certified Service Portal Client created by Datawatch. The software works with a database known as QSM Server (Previously Quetzal).

The software is primarily used in IT help desks to log, update and fix tickets/calls. The user interface is fully customisable.
