Ali Abd-al-Aziz al-Isawi

Ali Abd-al-Aziz al-Isawi ( _ar. العيساوي) (b. ca 1962) is a Libyan politician who currently serves as Secretary of the General People's Committee of Libya (GPCO) for Economy, Trade and Investment. He was appointed to this post during January 2007. Isawi has occupied the post of general director of the Export Development Center. He began his political career as a staff member and then as a diplomat in the Foreign Ministry until 2005. [Rashid Khashana, Swiss Info: February 1, 2007]
