Richard Young was a medieval Bishop of Bangor and Bishop of Rochester.

He was elected to Bangor about December 2 1398 and was absent from the see after 1401. He was translated to Rochester on July 28 1404.Powicke "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 275]

He died between October 17 and October 28 1418.Powicke "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 249]
