James William Holt (May 27, 1944 in Graham, North Carolina) is a former professional baseball player. He was an outfielder and first baseman over parts of 9 seasons (1968-1976) with the Minnesota Twins and Oakland Athletics. Holt was a member of the 1974 World Series champion Athletics. For his career he batted .265 with 19 home runs and 177 runs batted in in 707 games.
