William Grey was a medieval Bishop of Ely.

He was nominated to Ely on June 21 1454 and consecrated on September 8 1454. Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 245]

He served as Lord High Treasurer from 1469 to 1470.Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 107]

He died on August 4 1478.
