Zinsco

Zinsco is an electrical circuit breaker and distribution board brand.

Zinsco electrical equipment is considered obsolete, having been out of production since the mid-1970s. Except though used equipment dealers, demolition companies, or collectors, you are unable to buy these brands of panels and circuit breakers. Many electrical supply houses and home improvement shops, however, still carry a retrofit, "pirate" manufactured breaker to fit.

It should be noted, that when remodeling a house or electrical distribution installation, it is more cost effective to replace the Zinsco equipment panel with a more modern and readily available panel or cabinet rather than purchase and replace two or more of the Zinsco or Zinsco-equivalent breakers.
