Lim Wee-Chai

Tan Sri Dr. Lim Wee-Chai is a Malaysian entrepreneur. He founded Top Glove in 1991.

His family had a background in the rubber-plantation and trading business for almost a century. Lim grew up in a small village in Malaysia's central region and worked on the family plantation during school breaks.

Education

He has a degree in science from a university in Malaysia and an M.B.A. from a university in the United States of America.

Personal

He is married to Tong Siew Bee, with whom he has two children.

Trivia

According to Forbes magazine, he is ranked #20 among Malaysia's richest peoples list with a net worth of US$300 million.
