"Feelin' Fine" is a hardcore song written by Darren Mew (aka Darren Styles) and was first released in 1998 under his alias of Unique. In 2003, Ultrabeat released a cover of the song, and added newly written lyrics, as their second single which reached #12 in the UK Singles Chart

Unique (aka Darren Styles) Version

Darren Styles released this song under the alias of 'Unique' in 1998. It was a happy hardcore song and it was first released as a 12" record on UK Dance with the b-side, "Distant Skies". A Force & Styles remix was later released as the b-side to "Higher Ground". It is one of the earliest songs were Darren is the singer, and it also appeared on some hardcore compilation albums.

Ultrabeat Version

This was the second single by dance trio Ultrabeat. The song was not as successful as "Pretty Green Eyes" as it only reached #12 the UK Singles Chart. The song can still be heard today on many radio stations and in clubs.

The track was available on CD and 12 inch vinyl. Re-mixes for the song were provided by CJ Stone, KB Project, Flip & Fill, and by the writer of the song himself, Darren Styles.

Music Video

The video features the same three women as in the Pretty Green Eyes video, and they are at Blackpool beach. Ultrabeat also star in it, like in the Pretty Green Eyes video.

The three girls walk about the promenade and walk past Ultrabeat, then they start dancing. They move on to the beach where they start taking pictures of each other. They then go into a nearby cafe where Ultrabeat are already sitting down. They put on make-up and then they start laughing with Ultrabeat.

They go stand on the promenade again and watch the sea with Ultrabeat. The three girls then start riding on a carousel and they play on a claw machine and win a stuffed monkey. They play with the monkey and then place it down on a chair. They then run off and the video ends.
