Matrix Software License Protection System is a brand that provides solutions for software license protection and internet login with the headquarters in Germany and locations in Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Canada and USA. TDi, the company, stands for TechnoData and Interware and is merged in 2002 between this two companies.

The label Matrix is well known in professional circles for software developmentFact|date=June 2008. The fundament of all Matrix software protection solutions is the Matrix USB device (so-called Dongle or USB security token).
