The White City Rebels were a motorcycle speedway team who operated from the White City Stadium, Wood Lane in London. [Bamford, R & Jarvis J.(2001). "Homes of British Speedway". ISBN 0-7524-2210-3]

The team closed after only three seasons due to poor crowds levels, despite finishing the 1977 season as champions of the British League. The Rebels' most notable rider was England International Gordon Kennett. Other notable riders were Steve Weatherley, Trevor Geer, Marek Cieślak and Kai Niemi. [ Jacobs, N.
