Navigational aids are provided on the northbound platform following the opening of Lok Ma Chau station. Two queues, blue and green, are set up at the boarding areas. Passengers travelling to Lo Wu follow the blue queue while those travelling to Lok Ma Chau follow the green one. Upon a train's arrival, monitors above the platform display the train's destination. Platform 1 is the termination platform of the
East Rail Line northbound trains afterLo Wu andLok Ma Chau boundary crossings has closed. Therefore, Platform 2 (southbound platform) is the only platform for boarding.Exits
