Argentina participated at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Argentine delegation counted a total number of 441 athletes. Argentina competed in all events, except for baseball and diving. The delegation's main bet was the Field hockey women's team, "Las Leonas", lead by Luciana Aymar, who carried the Argentine flag at the opening ceremony.
