Altlay is a small village in the Cochem-Zell district of the Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is located at 430 meters altitude in the Hunsrück mountains, 3 km north of the Frankfurt-Hahn Airport, 8 km southeast of the town of Zell and 11 km northwest of the town of Kirchberg, Rhein-Hunsrück.
