Phoebe is a literary journal published quarterly, based at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. The editor is Kati Fargo. Contributors of note include: Richard Bausch, Cornelius Eady, Kim Addonizio, Katie Ford, Thomas Lux, Jacob M. Appel, Yusef Komunyakaa, C.K. Williams, Ray DiPalma, and Rosmarie Waldrop.
