"Greatest Hits" is the first greatest hits album by American country singer LeAnn Rimes, released in the United States on November 8, 2003 (see 2003 in music) by Curb Records.

The album contains three new songs: "This Love", which Rimes co-wrote alongside Marc Beeson and Jim Collins and speaks about her love for her husband, Dean Sheremet; ""Last Thing on My Mind", a duet with Irish pop singer Ronan Keating; and "We Can", which had previously made it to the soundtrack to "Legally Blonde 2". All three were eventually released as singles.

Rimes also recorded her own version of the Christmas song "O Holy Night", which became a limited track on all editions of "Greatest Hits". The song was also released as a single and was included on her Christmas album "What a Wonderful World", released the following year.

A limited edition DVD was also released, with the videos for "Blue", "How Do I Live", "We Can", and an acoustic version of "Can't Fight the Moonlight".
