Mihail Aleksandrov (Bulgarian: Михаил Александров; also Alexandrov) (born 11 June 1989 in Sofia) is a Bulgarian footballer. A midfielder, he currently plays for Ludogorets Razgrad.

Although primarily a reserves player, Aleksandrov has featured in three A PFG matches for CSKA Sofia for the first team. Following the final of the Bulgarian Youth Championship he was transferred to Borussia Dortmund.^[2]

In October 2011, Aleksandrov earned his first call-up to the Bulgaria national side for a friendly match against Ukraine and a Euro 2012 qualifier against Wales.
