Phillip "Phil" Wayne Horatio Stamp (born 12 December 1975 in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire) is an English football midfielder. He made his first-team league debut, aged 17 for Middlesbrough on 10 October, 1993, in a 2–0 defeat to Watford.

In the 2005/06 season, Phil scored a free kick for Darlington against Shrewsbury that was voted goal of the season by the readers of Razzle.

According to reports, Phil now works in a parmo dealership in Seaton Carew.
