Winston Walls is an American
hard bop andsoul jazz Hammond B3 organist fromCharleston, West Virginia , probably better known for his 1993 debut album asbandleader with back-and-forth performances featuringJack McDuff called "Boss of the B3". Prior to that album, he also worked with musicians such asBill Doggett ,Dionne Warwick ,Sonny Stitt andLou Donaldson , to name just a few. He is also the son ofpianist Harry Vann Walls . He died from congestive heart failure and diabetes onfebruary 5 2008 . [cite web
