Simply wireless

Simply Wireless [http://www.simplywireless.com/] is a 3rd-party cellular phone reseller for Alltel, Cellular One, Sprint, SunCom, and T Mobile based in Fairfax, Virginia. Simply Wireless has approximately 100 retail stores throughout the United States. They also run a online store, which used rebate marketing, requiring rebates to be mailed at 6 and 9 months after the date of the sale [http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/189/ripoff0189103.htm] . This system has sometimes been confusing for customers and has caused numerous complaints to be filed against them. However, new easier rebate programs have now been put into place. [ [http://www.dc.bbb.org/codbrep.html?ID=23009662&wlcl=y] . According to online complaints, they are accused of using a bait and switch technique with rebates they do not intend to honor, allowing them to advertise extremely low prices, though many rebates are paid daily.
