Rémy Di Gregorio (born July 31, 1985 in Marseille) is a French professional road bicycle racer. He rides for Française des Jeux, a French team.

He rode his first Tour de France in 2007. He crashed on the 4th stage, breaking his elbow. He finished the stage 7 minutes and 58 seconds behind the leader and did not start stage 5. In the 10th stage of 2008 he broke away, on Bastille Day, and led for a majority of the race, getting caught on the final climb.
