Candelo is a town in south-eastern New South Wales, Australia. The town is located in the Bega Valley Shire Local Government Area, convert|448|km|mi|0|lk=on south of the state capital, Sydney. At the 2001 census, Candelo had a population of 348.Census 2001 AUS
