David Alfred Donald Sydenham (born April 6, 1934 in Surbiton) is a former English first class cricketer. A left arm fast bowler, he played with Surrey for 15 years. In the 1962 season he topped the countrywide bowling averages with 115 wickets at 17.65.

A chiropodist by profession, David Sydenham held managerial posts in the National Health Service.

He was sometimes confused with his contemporary, the Southampton footballer David Sydenham, to whom he was not related.
