Elizabethtown Christian Academy (or ECA), located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, is a non-denominational Christian school providing Christian education to students since 1999. ECA is not associated with any particular church or denomination. Certified staff and board members represent a variety of churches and denominations. ECA offers a fully accredited academic program from kindergarten through ninth grade.

Elizabethtown Christian Academy seeks to encourage students to effectively integrate Biblical truth into their daily lives and impact the culture for Christ. ECA is a member of Association of Christian Schools International. Membership provides many practical resources such as professional development conferences for teachers, accreditation and certification opportunities, student activities, publications.

The school was hosted in the Severns Valley Baptist Church and upon relocation of the , purchased the entire building for $2.5 million. School officials plan to add 10th through 12th grades to the preschool to ninth grade classes that will be offered in the future.

Academics

ECA strives for academic excellence by relying on advanced curriculum and the best classroom environment possible.

Grades K-3 utilize the A Beka curriculum for all coursework while grades 4-9 continue to utilize A Beka and add BJU Press for Reading and Grammar and Saxon for Math. Computer, Music, Spanish, Physical Education & Art classes are taught to all students K5 through 9th grades. Teachers are certified in the curriculum and are not state certified teachers.
