Rutherford is a newer neighbourhood in south
Edmonton ,Alberta ,Canada .According to the 2005 municipal census, approximately 85% of the residences in the neighbourhood are single family dwellings. The remainder are mostly duplexes [Duplexes include triplexes and quadruplexes.] (13%) with a small number of
row house s (2%). The majority of residences (96%) are owner occupied. There are currently no schools in the neighbourhood. [Rutherford Elementary School is located in the neighbourhood of Bonnie Doon.]
