Aaron Lazar is an American actor and singer.

On a break from academia, he completed an MFA in musical theater from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Fact|date=August 2007 After landing the understudy to the lead in the Broadway National Tour of "The Scarlet Pimpernel" only months after moving to NY, he abandoned his medical studies for a stage career.

He studies voice in New York with Bill Schuman.

Lazar is married to Ford model LeAnn Lazar. Their wedding was broadcast as a two-hour television special on the "Food Network".
