It uses a 35 watt HID or
high intensity dischargebulb. The bulb is shock isolated and is very bright. The light can be powered by a 12 volt car battery or by two 5595 military batteries. The output of the bulb is around 3000 lumens, bright enough to illuminate targets hundreds of yards away. It also has a wide spillbeam which allows light to illuminate targets around the center of the beam.
It is designed with shock isolation for the bulb and comes with mounts for a .50 cal machine gun or m44 minigun.
