Thomas Hudson (poet)

Thomas Hudson (poet)

Thomas Hudson, (died in or before 1605), was an English musician and poet at the court of James VI of Scotland.

Both he and his brother Robert Hudson were part of group of poets grouped around the King, known as the Castalian Band.

In 1584 he translated "Judith" by Guillaume de Salluste Du Bartas, an account of the biblical character written at the command of Jeanne III of Navarre.
