History and location

Harrow College was created from the merger of two sixth form and community colleges, Greenhill College (located near Harrow on the Hill) and Weald College/Harrow Weald College (located in Harrow Weald) in 1999 . Its motto is "The College of Choice". It comprises two campuses; "Harrow-on-the-Hill", located in the centre of Harrow town, and "Harrow Weald", located in Harrow Weald and 10 minutes away from neighbouring town, Wealdstone.

Harrow College is not affiliated with the nearby Harrow School, which predates it by several centuries.

One Harrow

Harrow College has recently decided to merge its two campuses onto one site, very close to the existing Harrow-on-the-Hill college campus. The Harrow College motto is "Inspiring Minds", although in the new prospectus, it uses "Move On, Move Up" as a tagline.
